  1. Why is registration important?

    Although registration is not actually necessary until booking and processing your holiday reservation, it provides a host of other benefits that will enrich your Dnata Travel experience. For example, our site caters for visitors across the Middle East and the Levant, therefore, any offers shown from the home page, for example, can be from any destination that is served by Dnata Travel. By registering with us, we can tailor our products to your exact requirements, making sure you only see the packages that you want to see. Other benefits include bi-monthly newsletters keeping you abreast of the latest offers and great discounts - unique to our subscribers.

    Please use the "UNSUBSCRIBE" link found at the bottom of every Newsletter. This will automatically remove you from our Newsletter listing.

  5. How do I obtain my travel documentation?

    At the time of booking, you will be able to select one of two options:

    1. Delivery - You can have the tickets delivered by courier or messenger, depending on the delivery location.

    2. Collection - Ticket retrieval can be made at the offices of the Dnata Travel ticketing agent shown in your itinerary confirmation e-mail message.

    3. Our ticketing agent will contact you within 24 hours (one working day) to confirm delivery or collection arrangements according to your stated preference.

  6. How do I check if my destination requires a visa?

    You may be required to obtain a visa for some destinations. If you require any further information on passport or visa requirements, please contact the embassy of the country to which you will be travelling

  7. My passport is expiring soon. May I still travel?

    Please ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip. (Some destinations require that your passport is valid for a certain length of time. Check with the embassy of the country to which you will be traveling.)

  8. I have lost my ticket. What do I do?

    If your ticket has been lost or stolen, you should report the loss to the airline and your local police station. Lost ticket rules vary by airline, and replacement tickets may be issued only by the same airline on which ticket has been issued. Some airlines require that a new ticket be purchased. Refunds of lost tickets may only be issued after six months have elapsed from the date of notification.

  9. Must I purchase health insurance to travel?

    We recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance for all overseas travel. Immunisation may be recommended or required for your destination or stopover points - please check with the respective embassy for details.

  10. On which browsers does the Dnata Travel website operate?

    Dnata Travel fully supports MS Internet Explorer, version 5.5 and above. If you wish to transact online, do not use any MS Internet Explorer browser below version 5.5. This site also supports other browsers, such as Firefox, Safari, Netscape, and others.

  11. How do I know which browser version I have?

    Open your browser and click the ‘Help’ menu on your browser window (sometimes Explorer may have a question mark symbol that can also be clicked). Then click the “About Internet Explorer” menu. The information displayed will then inform you which browser you currently have installed on your computer.

  12. What is the best screen resolution to use?

    The Dnata website is optimised for a resolution of 800 x 600 and above. If you have a lower resolution, you can still use the full functionality of the site however you may need to use the scroll button on your mouse or computer to see all the information displayed.
