  1. How can I be assured that the car company will confirm my reservation?

    Once you have made your reservation, we will e-mail your travel itinerary and booking reference number to you. It is recommended that you print these e-mail messages, in case you want to ask any questions prior to your pickup.

  2. Can I rent a car from locations other than an airport?

    Yes. At the time of your booking, all the available pickup points are presented. It is your decision where you would like to pickup your vehicle.

  3. Can I use discount coupons, special corporate rates, or government rates on your site?

    Due to the number and variety of such rates and promotional coupons, we are unable to process them at this time.

  4. Can I cancel a car reservation made through your website?

    Car hire reservations once booked and paid for are totally non refundable. However, if any amendment with regards to your car hire is needed, please e-mail our Web support team.

  5. Will the car rental price quoted be the total amount of my car rental?

    There are no "hidden" costs - all car rental rates are from our provider. Our car hire includes unlimited mileage (except in Canada and Australia), third party insurance, collision damage waiver liability (CDW), theft waiver, insurance excess refund, airport surcharges, bail bonds (where needed), and all local taxes (except in Australia, where taxes are paid locally by law).
