1. How can I be assured that the hotel will confirm my reservation?

   All hotel reservations confirmed through Dnata Travel are immediately sent to the hotel's central reservations system. The hotel property transmits a unique confirmation number for your reservation. The hotel confirmation number will be shown on your Dnata Travel com itinerary and may be used for all future references. We recommend that you bring a copy of the itinerary to the hotel on your arrival

2. Is it possible to place a hotel reservation on hold?

   All hotel reservations made on Dnata Travel are guaranteed with a major credit card, and therefore, a hotel reservation cannot be placed on hold.

3. Why are some hotels unavailable on Dnata Travel?

   Our hotel inventory system is provided by one of the world's largest suppliers of hotel inventory. We return all hotels that are available according to your search criteria from a wide selection of hotel properties - currently there are over 55,000 properties listed worldwide and more are being added every day.

4. Can I use airline frequent flier points or free-stay coupons for hotel reservations on Dnata Travel travel?

   The requirements of the frequent guest programs vary from airline to airline. All reservations using airline miles, credits, or free-stay/night coupons must be booked through the airline/hotel company directly.

5. How do I get the details about a particular hotel?

   You can get details about hotel amenities, location, and address when you click "More Information". This information is accessible for most hotels listed in the availability search.

6. How many hotel rooms may I reserve?

   At present, Dnata Travel enables you to book up to five rooms per night. If you need to book more rooms, please e-mail us at websupport@dnata.com.

7. May I make reservations for someone else?

   You may book a hotel for a party of up to seven persons, including yourself.

8. What credit cards can I use to guarantee my hotel reservation?

   Dnata Travel currently has the capability to accept Visa and MasterCard only. Your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Payment for your hotel is made when you are at the hotel. Please refer to the hotel’s website for a list of credit cards accepted for payment.

   If you secure your reservation with a credit card, the hotel agrees to hold your reservation. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with the individual hotel cancellation policy, which varies by property. The cancellation policy is found within the "Cancel Policy" details displayed during the booking process. If you fail to cancel your reservation by the deadline, the hotel may charge your credit card for the first night’s stay (or multiple nights stays), as well as for any applicable taxes and service charges.

9. Can I cancel my hotel reservation?

   At present, we do not provide the capability to cancel a hotel reservation online. We recommend that you e-mail our Web support team who will assist you with the cancellation.

   Please check the hotel cancellation policies. If you fail to cancel your reservation by the deadline, the hotel may charge your credit card for the first night’s stay (or multiple nights stays), as well as for any applicable taxes and service charges.
